Textiles with value

Our products are made of jacquard textile. This means that the design is woven, not printed. This is a rarity in the current globalised mass textile industry. When you hold a VIVA BOON product in your hands, you can feel and see the difference:

• The jacquard textile has a beautiful unmistakable texture and surface structure, which is hard to find these days
• Each of our patterns is characterised by its own weaving technique
• The fabric is very thick, resilient and doesn't wrinkle
• Since the design is woven and the colour is in the yarn, the designs don't wash off easily
• The textiles don't lose colour over time (no colour fading)
• Our products have the design on both sides, so there is no need to 'hide' a plain colour side

Our place of manufacture is Mexico, a country that no longer plays a role in the globalised textile industry, but looks back on a long history of textile culture and art that we want to help preserve.
