You will receive an email to confirm your purchase after you've placed your order. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive another email with the tracking link.
Orders can be fulfilled all together or separate, depending on which product we have in which warehouse.

Sustainability
For the sake of the environment, we want to keep our ecological footprint as low as possible and avoid additional transport routes and unnecessary packaging material. Therefore we would like to ask you, if possible, to refrain from large selection orders. Returns
Your have a 14 days right return.
If you are not satisfied with an order, please follow the following procedure:
- Contact our support at: support@vivaboon.com with subject "Return"
- Indicate your order number, which products you would like to return and the reason for the return
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Keep the invoice for your records
- Personalized or individually adapted products can only be returned due to an error or defect and after consulting our customer service
- You will then receive detailed information about the return from our support
